Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with a product you can return it without the need to provide any reason. You can make the return with any courier service that allows you to track the package so that it does not get lost. In this case, the package will have to arrive at our facilities within the deadline.

EU countries can return an order or part of the order within 14 days of receiving it.

USA and non-EU countries can return an order or part of the order within 30 days of receiving it, but before contacting us at hello@houseofazoiia.com we will need to provide you with all info.

We offer FREE returns only to our Lithuanian customers. Please contact us at hello@houseofazoiia.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • With all original tags still attached and intact
  • Original packaging included (clothing bag)

IMPORTANT! The item should have a special return tag on the garment which includes the info: “No return without this tag”.

The items must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received.

The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered. Please bear in mind that the actual color of our products may be slightly different from the one you see online due to the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on houseofazoiia.com. However, as the colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Please note that most of our prints are all over hence the position of the pattern may slightly vary from the items that appear on houseofazoiia.com.

All items are quality-checked before they are dispatched to customers.

*HOUSE of AZOiiA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.

Can I return an item?

You can return an order or part of the order within 14 days of receiving it. USA and non-EU countries can return an order or part of the order within 30 days of receiving it, but before contacting us at hello@houseofazoiia.com we will need to provide you with all info.

Insert in the package the items you want to return and the cloth bag. Go to the courier of your choice and send the return to the address we provided.

Are returns free?

We offer FREE returns only for Lithuanian buyers. All other country clients are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition must be in all tags, unused-we can’t accept it.
We HIGHLY advise you to use a trackable carrier service and to keep your return receipt until
you have received a refund. Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow 5
business days to process your refund. 
Please be aware Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable.

I have lost the Return Invoice. How can I obtain another copy?

The Return Form was included in your order.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

Products purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange the purchased
item, you can initiate a return and then proceed to place a new order.

What if I refuse the delivery?

If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to MB “AZOiiA”, any duties, taxes, postage,
or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued. Original shipping charges
are non-refundable as well.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund you within 5 working days from the date your return was delivered to our
warehouse and we will notify you of this via email. If orders are canceled before they are
shipped, the refund will be processed within 3 working days.

If your order has been shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, which includes the United Kingdom starting 1/1/2021, customs duties and taxes are not refundable. In any case, you may be able to recover the costs by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you use a customs broker if you wish to have duties refunded on the returned goods.

The money will be credited via the same method used for payment.

I received a Faulty item. What should I do?
