Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

If you were logged in while placing the order, log in to your account and visit the My Account page Orders section to check the status of your order.

If the order was placed as a guest, you can view your order by following the link in the email.

If the tracking number does not work or is non-existent, please do not be alarmed as the process of transferring information from the courier to our systems can take up to 24 hours to complete.

During this time, information regarding your order may be incomplete or the tracking number may be indicated as “non-existent”.

For this reason, we encourage you to check again after 24 hours have elapsed since you received your email with the tracking information. The information will be updated directly by the courier.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during business days (orders accepted before 12:00 am CET will be dispatched the same day).

Made-to-order pieces processing time may take 3-5 days.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses or addresses where hold mail
requests have been made. We do not ship via freight forwarders.

Deliveries outside the EU (except the USA) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. MB “AZOiiA” does not pay or reimburse international taxes, duties, or brokerage fees, nor do we include these fees in the cost of delivery. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount and recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

We cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, the package will be diverted to a courier’s warehouse in your area and then returned to us.

It is not possible to schedule a delivery time or make appointments with the courier on our website.
Some couriers may offer the possibility to schedule the delivery. We invite you to check the emails and the messages from the courier about the status of your shipment or visit their website to find out if it is possible to do so.

Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday during business hours. The courier does not deliver the day before or on a public holiday.

The package is considered lost if it doesn’t come within 2 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work. We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.

Please note that due to the current situation in the world, shipping might take a bit longer than expected. We are doing our best to ship our online orders as soon as possible. No compensation is payable for delays. 

In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through our carrier, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
